Straight transliteration from Korean to English, the pet name is: Carbuncle. This pet is of the Unique tier.
This pet is obtainable through Holic points. That is, you can get this pet (well, an empty card) by doing enough Ursa Cavern runs, and then redeeming your points for this card. Some more debate on this though. There is a possibility that the card will come Tamed.
Sorry that I can't expand much on the pet skills. There's only very vague pet skill descriptions. I've written down the skills that would be of most interest to everyone. The rest is the stereotypical Bless the body, bless the soul, passives, etc that all pets have.
Evo 1
Level 10: Attack Skill - Gather might and attack the target.
Level 15: Toggle - Increases Threat.
Level 20: Attack skill - Roll a dice. Based on the dice roll, your target will be 1) Slept 2) Stunned 3) Held 4) Poisoned 5) Silenced 6) Feared. * (Basically has a random chance to do any).
Level 25: Attack skill - Blind the target. (Mean Attack)
Level 30: Attack skill - (Requires level 1 of the level 10 attack skill) Gather might and attack the target. This attack has a chance to stun.
Level 40: Battle Unit (Passive) - When wearing Warrior Armor, Max HP will be increased.
Level 40: Card Stat: Luck - Increases the players Luck stat when belted.
Level 45: Unity: Crit. Ratio. - Increases the Critical Ratio of both you and your pet when active.
Level 50: Racial SKill - Restore your party members' HP. (Same as the Siren's Hymn of Life).
Evo 2
Level 85: Toggle **(see note) - This skill increases the drop rate of items for a fixed amount of time.
Level 85: Encouragement: Strength, Vitality - Increases the Strength and Vitality of your party for a short period of time.
Level 90: Fighter Unit (Passive) - Increases your pet's P.atk when a melee weapon is equipped.
Level 90: Card Stat: Crit. Ratio - Increases the players Crit. Ratio when belted.
Evo 3
Level 150: Attack skill: Do great damage to an enemy and its surroundings. This attack has a high chance of stunning.
*The exact effects of this skill are being discussed. We (the translators) both know that there's 6 effects. However, we came up with a couple differences in translation. We know for a fact that there are: Stun, hold, sleep. We both believe that there is a high probability that poison is one. The rest are a mix of Fear, Silence, and the Freeze (think Frozen Snare, the archer trap skill).
**Despite the skill saying that it is a toggle, I believe it is in fact, a skill/buff. The skill description says that for a "fixed time", which is incongruous with the definition of a toggle.
